Last weekend, we had the privilege of welcoming a guest from Japan, and what stayed with us was not simply the visit—it was the feeling.

From the moment our guest arrived, there was a sense of warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection. It reminded us that hospitality is not only about a beautiful place, a comfortable room, or excellent service. It is about how you make someone feel when they are far from home.

Our guest experienced Rwanda not just as a destination, but through the people, the welcome, the small moments, and the care that made the weekend feel special.

For us, this is what travel should create: memories that remain long after the journey ends.

A guest may forget a room number. They may forget what they ate. But they will remember how they felt when they were welcomed.

And that is the experience we want every guest discovering Rwanda through ORINEST to take home.
